Multicolor Light System
Right from the get-go, ROCCAT equipped its first product with a complex multicolor light system allowing you to customize accessories to an unprecedented degree. The devices can light up in different colors, you can set the colors to rotate, plus different light effects bring life to your desktop. You can even set the mouse to give visual profile feedback by changing color.

Tracking & Distance Control Unit (TDCU)
For optimum tracking, we were the first manufacturer to present the Tracking Control Unit (TCU) for gaming mice which for the first time allowed the laser sensor to adjust itself perfectly to the particular mousepad. By fine-tuning the sensor to the texture and reflective properties of the particular surface, every last drop of performance is squeezed from the sensor. Since Kone[+] also integrated into the sensor is the Distance Control Unit (DCU) which is for configuring the lift-off distance to virtually eliminate that dreaded problem of pick-up flight syndrome, among other issues.

Mute LED
Anybody out there ? We have had an idea to clarify if the micro is turned on or off: we put a LED into the tip of the microphone. As soon as the LED lights up blue, you know that the micro is muted and that no sound is being transfered. Simple as never before.

Tip'n'Control Desktop Remote
At ROCCAT we developed a really unique tool for controlling the headset volume level: the Tip'n'Control Desktop Remote. It was specially designed to offer the ultimate in performance and maximum convenience, and to be kept permanently and easily within reach on the desktop. As there's no additional weight tugging on the headset cable like an inline volume control, there's nothing to annoy you during extended gaming sessions. Along with the master volume, you can individually adjust the volume level of the center, front and rear speakers, as well as the bass you can also switch between Game and Movie mode.

Mode Switch: Num Pad and Gaming Mode
Uniting the numpad and arrow keys produces a compact keyboard that doesn't scrimp on functions. It packs all the functions of a regular keyboard yet the keyboard's footprint is considerably smaller. It's easy to switch between Normal and Gaming Mode simply by pressing the Mode Switch button. In Gaming Mode the arrow keys are illuminated in blue so it's even possible to game in the dark. What's more, it has two additional freely programmable macro keys positioned for easy access to the left and right of the arrow keys.

Sound Feedback
ROCCAT was the first manufacturer to utilize Sound Feedback to indicate config changes on the mouse and keyboard by enabling the devices to speak. The famous ROCCAT Voice announces in game precisely what DPI setting you've selected, which profile you've switched to and if you change the volume level or sensitivity setting. As you don't need to look at an additional display on the screen or on the device itself, nothing will distract you from your gameplay. What's more, you can configure the Sound Feedback volume level separately from the system volume level.

Thumbster Keys
ROCCAT was the first to offer additional fully programmable thumb buttons beneath the spacebar on keyboards. Using these really easy to reach macro buttons you can not only hit the spacebar, but also cast healing or attack spells and execute other customizable functions using your thumb.

Timer function
